Are your formulas vegan, cruelty free & clean?
Our formulas are vegan, cruelty free and all products comply with the US Clean at Sephora standards.
Orders & Shipping
How long does order processing and shipping take?
All m.ph orders are processed within 1-3 business days. US Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after processing. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Kindly note, that all delivery timelines are subject to change by the shipper.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship to the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $50 USD or more in the United States (pre-tax and shipping cost). For orders under $50 USD, standard shipping is $7.
What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes its way to you. Email us at clientservices@mphbeauty.com if you have any questions.
Can I make any changes to my order?
At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund. Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on mphbeauty.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy and timeframe?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on our products. If you don’t love a m.ph product purchased from our website for any reason, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 30 days. While we're happy to refund or exchange your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please email clientservices@mphbeauty.com to request a return or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a refund?
If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
